a trip to priorat spain and we were sold!  once home, we chased carignane in the valley and finally got access to this gem of a vineyard hidden in the warm, eastern most end of santa ynez valley.  loaded with dark warm fruit, intense color and strong tannis it reflects the strength, warmth and personalities of our home towns.
