Delicate and demure right up until she straddles her Harley, cocks her head back and levels you with her eyes. With pops of strawberry, layers of juicy red fruit and a side ways glance of minerality. This is absolutely the one you can't let get away. Our little firecracker is an intentional flirt with a dash of grenache and a dollop of riesling.

It had been awhile, but the journey always brought them back together. The attraction was intense, the flavors an intoxicating blend of deep cherry skins, smoldering wood fire, and exotic spice. Wiser and a bit older, "lambda" showcases the 'magnitude' of great relationships - complex, but smooth and fulfilling.
You went to the mountains to get away, but you got into a little trouble instead… and you loved it. A weekend of charred firewood, tanned leather and ethereal blue fruits. Slow dancing, vinyl skipping… explosive black fig and mocha fanned by desire and time standing still. The complex ‘correlation’ of life’s best moments.

It's personal our 'gamma' is Rebecca favorite wine. Always has been, always will be. Just like the lady who loves her so - she is strong, with a spine of dark fruit and spicy notes of pepper. There is no doubt that she can hold her own. She is balanced, with complex layers of caramelized mango and river worn pebbles. She is subtle, commanding a room with only a whisper of delicate white flowers. She is a TRUE beauty.
As the evening draws to a close the best is yet to come. Auspiciously she floats into the room sparkling with waves of brilliant amber. Given long luxurious days to bask in the sunlight, our late harvest lady delivers dessert in her own way. Her generous, rich sweetness coats the palate like liquid honey while a dollop of acidity enlivens the senses with melon, ripe pear, pineapple and mango. She is one of a kind and doesn’t make appearances often, but will leave you with a desire to make her a close friend.
